For this procedure we use PDO – polydioxnaove or PLA threads made of polylactic acid. These threads with release teeth, also known as 3D mesonite, are applied under the skin. Of all the absorbable materials, they have the longest lasting effect. They are fully absorbable. By gradually decomposing, they stimulate the production of collagen, which leads to the firming of tissues.
The whole procedure takes about 35 minutes and takes place under local anesthesia, so you do not have to worry about pain. The effect lasts 6-12 months for PDO threads and 1-2 years for semi-permanent PLA threads. In general, the result depends very much on your quality and firmness of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, on your lifestyle and metabolism. After the procedure, you may notice slight swelling or bruising, but these will disappear within 10 to 14 days. Skin folds at the hairline can last for 2-3 weeks.
If necessary, the performance can be repeated after 6-10 weeks to achieve a more pronounced effect.
For the best possible effect, we recommend not exercising for 2 days after the procedure, rest, and not exercising for 2 weeks after the procedure.
